Monica A. Swayne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Coach and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work and is licensed in the state of Georgia. Monica has a passion for connecting people to their highest level of consciousness and exploring potential.

She prides herself in understanding the challenges of balancing personal and professional goals. Monica is the architect of the Total Woman series, a journey to self-discovery for women.

Challenges can occur when you’re in conflict with what you believe. Monica says “I was cautious about pursuing my purpose because I had a career.” It did occur initially, my potential had power and anything is possible with persistence.

At age 15, Monica knew she wanted to help people discover their best, overcome obstacles, and live the life they deserve.

Monica started her business in 2014 and developed a platform to counsel coach, and trained individuals and companies. Seeking to grow her business, she began to study and apply principles of human potential. Monica graduated from the Leadership Macon program in 2015 and became certified with the John Maxwell Team in 2016.

Through keynote speeches, workshops, and seminars, she intentionally partners and encourages others to boost potential and channel the power of their mind. Monica has practiced what she teaches and pours into others.
